   The Kiddiecade is designed primarily for children aged 2 and over. However, children under 2 and older siblings are welcome, with special play areas and age-appropriate activities available. Ask us about our alternative gaming options for older children.

2. Do I need to make a reservation?
   We recommend making a reservation online to secure your spot, especially during weekends and peak hours. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability with a max of 15 children allowed per hour.

3. How long can my child stay during hourly playtime?
   Your child can stay as long as you'd like during our operating hours—just remember, our rate applies for each hour of playtime.

4. Is The KiddieCade a drop-off center?
   No, The KiddieCade is not a drop-off center. A parent or guardian must remain on-site while children play, but our lounge seating, coffee bar, and workspaces make it easy for you to relax and stay productive.

5. What makes SmartPlay different from traditional play?
   SmartPlay integrates technology-based activities with learning and fun. Our stations, such as the Augmented Reality Sandbox, NexPlayground, and ToyBox 3D Printer, combine physical and cognitive engagement to support your child's development in an innovative way.

6. Are snacks and drinks available?
   Yes! We offer a complimentary coffee bar with customizable drinks (lattes, cold brew, hot chocolate, etc.) and bottled water. We also have premium pastries and various prepackaged snacks options available for purchase.

7. Can I host private events or birthday parties at The KiddieCade?
   Absolutely! We offer birthday party packages starting at $250 and private play sessions. You can contact us for pricing, availability, and customization options to make your event extra special.

8. Is the play area safe for children?
   Yes, safety is our top priority. Our play area features open visibility for parents, secure play structures, and staff members who are always available to assist and supervise as needed.

9. Is The Kiddiecade screen free?
   While The Kiddiecade aims to focus on interactive fun with minimal screen time, our NexPlayground gaming stations and parent lounge have visible televisions. Additionally, we offer complimentary tablet rentals (just ask!) that may be visible to patrons when being used. To minimize unwarranted screen interactions, we ask customers utilizing our tablets to be mindful of usage and avoid group sharing. Additionally, we have added blue light privacy screens to all tablets and televisions for your safety.

10. Do you offer low-sensory play options?
    Yes, we have low-sensory areas designed for quiet, calming play, featuring screen-free activities and sensory-friendly toys. Our suggested play pathways also include options for children who may need a break from high-energy activities.
