  • We recommend making a reservation online to secure your spot, especially during weekends and peak hours. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability with a max of 15 children allowed per hour.

  • Your child can stay as long as you'd like during our operating hours—just remember, our rate applies for each hour of playtime.

  • No, The Kiddiecade is not a drop-off center. A parent or guardian must remain on-site while children play, but our lounge seating, coffee bar, and workspaces make it easy for you to relax and stay productive.

  • Yes, safety is our top priority. Our play area features open visibility for parents, secure play structures, and staff members who are always available to assist and supervise as needed.

  • While The Kiddiecade aims to focus on interactive fun with minimal screen time, our NexPlayground gaming stations and parent lounge have visible televisions. Additionally, we offer complimentary tablet rentals (just ask!) that may be visible to patrons when being used. To minimize unwarranted screen interactions, we ask customers utilizing our tablets to be mindful of usage and avoid group sharing. Additionally, we have added blue light privacy screens to all tablets and televisions for your safety.
